Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed All services and products are final sale; however, if you experience retention or lash concerns, please contact us within 3 days so we can schedule a complimentary 20–30 min touch-up (must be booked within 5 days of your original appointment). After this window, regular fill prices apply. Please arrive on time with clean lashes, as late arrivals may reduce your lashing time and affect results. All first-time appointments require a Credit Card to reserve your spot. We ask that you please provide us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 50% of the appointment cost be automatically charged if you "no-show", cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment, no extra time will be added and we cannot guarantee full satisfaction with your results
