Customer satisfaction, refunds, cancellations, no-shows
All services and products are final sale however, we value our customers’ satisfaction. if you are not satisfied with the result of your service, please contact us within 3 days of the service so we can schedule an appointment to make the required adjustments. After 3 business days, complimentary fill appointments are no longer available, these appointments must be completed within 5 days of your original appointment.
All first-time appointments require a Credit Card to reserve your spot. We ask that you please provide us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 50% of the appointment cost be automatically charged if you "no-show", cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment, no extra time will be added and we cannot guarantee full satisfaction with your results.
